What we collect and why
Artin Education collects the name, email, optional phone number, message and résumé or portfolio link you submit, together with your application reference, selected vacancy, consent version and submission time. We use these details to assess your application and contact you about that role. Please do not include identity documents, financial details or sensitive personal information in this form.
Where your information goes
Applications are stored in Artin’s private careers database hosted by Supabase in Stockholm, Sweden. The public service processes requests on Artin’s European server. Your application is transferred to Artin’s internal hiring system in Sydney, Australia, for authorised staff to review. Résumé links remain with the provider you choose; ensure only appropriate information is available through your link.
Retention and access
The careers service keeps its delivery copy for up to 90 days after successful transfer to the Australian hiring system. Applications awaiting transfer remain available until delivery or an authorised deletion request. The internal recruitment record is managed separately by Artin. To ask about access, correction, withdrawal or deletion, contact Artin using the contact details on our main website and quote your application reference.
Service security
This service uses no advertising or analytics cookies. A temporary, hashed network identifier helps limit spam and expires after two hours. Hosting infrastructure may retain operational access logs. Application details are not displayed publicly. Submitting an application does not guarantee an interview or employment.
